Yes, you are responsible for your Guest's behavior.
- Yes. We do not have a set age limit.
- Child must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

- They must have appropriate eye and ear protection.

- We do not allow any caliber that will damage our steel targets.
- Loss of membership along with the cost of replacing the target will occur if you are found using
a restricted caliber or ammo.
- We have no set limit on how fast you shoot.
- However, all projectiles must git the berm where your intended target is located.

- However, due to the nature and recoil of automatic weapons, we do not allow UNSUPERVISED use of them.

- However, we do have 2 hour memberships.
- Yes, we are membership only.
- You, or your host, MUST have a membership to shoot on the range.
- Bay rentals are reviewed by multiple range staff to ensure safety of those on the range and the
general public.
- Must have a certified instructor present, copies of the certifications will be kept on file.
- Must have instructors insurance with Carolina guns and gear range (CGGR) added to the
insurance. Copy of this will be kept on file.
- Range rentals must be reserved and are accepted/denied on a case by case basis.
- ZooCity staff have a wide experience with gun handling.
- If you need help, we can walk you through the basics of gun handling to ensure you have a safe
visit with us.
- We have various classes offered through Salmons Tactical Consulting, ranging from short
beginner classes through advanced competition training.
- CGGR is owned and operated by ZooCity Armory
- No. While we do have an FFL, we do not actively sell firearms and ammo.
- We only provide a professional and safe place to come and have fun and train.
- We are open Monday through Saturday, 10:30am to 5:30pm.
- Holiday hours may vary. Call ahead to check availability on holiday weeks
- We can assist in getting a good zero for your weapon if it has been properly mounted.
- If you need someone to get a zero for you, it is available depending on staff availability.
- Zero is specified on that specific ammunition at one designated range. Max is 200 yards.
- We use a lead sled to zero rifles to minimize human error and minimize cost to you.
- Pistol optic zeroes are done on a bench rest.
- Yes, every guest must sign a waiver to be present on the property, even as a spectator.
- Yes, we require all guests to wear hearing and eye protection while in the range's shooting areas.
- No, all of our range space is located outdoors. There are covered seating areas at each shooting bay.
- Guns must be unloaded when arriving. Once you are in a shooting area, you may load your weapons.
- Unloaded means empty chamber (Bolt/Slide to the rear if possible), and magazine removed.
- If you have a safe holster, your pistol may remain holstered. It is not to be removed at any point in the office or parking lot unless cleared by staff.
